Had a much better day yesterday and today with eating- the secret? preparation!!
b'fast- fruit and toast
snack- carrots and nuts
lunch- kedgeree ( salmon rice and peas)
dinner- well....not sure what happened- bits and pieces I think
exercise- 60 min bike ride
Monday
b'fast- fruit and toast
snack- nothing
lunch- strawberry tart ( not so good)
snack- home made bis - it is australia day!!
dinner- half home made pastie
exercise- walk 6k
workout- gym - 30 mins
not perfect and a long way to go- but on the path!!!

Linda, preparation does seem to be the secret. It is my secret too. My eating is really good when I have lots of food in the house and meals I can make.

ReplyDeleteYou don't seem to eat very much. Sorry, maybe thats because I eat so, so much compared to you. Seriously, if I posted my average daily food intake, people would faint!
