I'm having way too hard a time in trying to keep up with this! However- every now and then will have to suffice!
B'fast- 2 pieces raisin toast and jam and coffee
lunch/morning tea- apple and walnut scroll and coffee ( Hmmmmm...the beginning of the end I fear)
lunch (I'm sure I said that before) - half a disgusting maccas fillet of fish a few chip and a strawberry sundae
afternoon- some vita wheats and peanut butter
dinner- hasn't happened yet

exercise- swam for 30 mins

and I wonder why I'm feeling tired and crappy- the diet says it all. I will make an effort- you wait and see!!!
