first entry- new beginnings

I'm hoping this will help to keep me a bit more on the straight and narrow in the diet and exercise area. I love the exercise but food, to me, is there to be eaten! Not often making healthy choices. I figure that if I keep a record of it on here it might shame me into being a bit more healthy. We'll see!
Today-
Breakfast- apple on way to work
snack- 9am- skinny hot chocolate
lunch- maccas fruit toast with jam ( one piece) and small expresso latte
snack- packet of twisties
snack- rock cake
snack- 3 ryevita and peanut butter
dinner- home made pastie and ice cream and topping for dessert
snack - 2 home made yoyo biscuits

Hmmmmmm...... see what I mean?? I gather speed as the day progresses and it's not good stuff

exercise- none today- too busy!
