Just browsing

Just looking over my profile and took a peek in here! My goodness- what a horrible diet! Has it improved?? Well I've cut out some of the bad stuff- chips, ice cream and coffee but I fear not much else has change!

on the improve!

Had a much better day yesterday and today with eating- the secret? preparation!!
b'fast- fruit and toast
snack- carrots and nuts
lunch- kedgeree ( salmon rice and peas)
dinner- well....not sure what happened- bits and pieces I think

exercise- 60 min bike ride

Monday
b'fast- fruit and toast
snack- nothing
lunch- strawberry tart ( not so good)
snack- home made bis - it is australia day!!
dinner- half home made pastie

exercise- walk 6k
workout- gym - 30 mins


not perfect and a long way to go- but on the path!!!

Just re read the things I've recorded over the past week and I'm really disgusted with myself. The worst part is that I keep making excuses and nothing changes. I know people who keep saying they are going to get serious with the exercise/weight loss/ organisation etc and I know full well that they're not going to do anything of the sort. I fear I am just like that. No excuses here anymore. I'm just lazy and indulgent. If I don't do something about this then I really am going to suffer for it and I'll have no one to blame but myself.- so there!!!!!

So far today hasn't been quite as bad as other days. That's not to say it's good though
b'fast- muffin and jam
snack- apple , half banana and yoghurt ( see I do eat some good things!)
lunch- fruit yoghurt and muslie
snack- ummmm cake

exercise- 30mins run/walk 45 mins weights workout

I'm having way too hard a time in trying to keep up with this! However- every now and then will have to suffice!
B'fast- 2 pieces raisin toast and jam and coffee
lunch/morning tea- apple and walnut scroll and coffee ( Hmmmmm...the beginning of the end I fear)
lunch (I'm sure I said that before) - half a disgusting maccas fillet of fish a few chip and a strawberry sundae
afternoon- some vita wheats and peanut butter
dinner- hasn't happened yet

exercise- swam for 30 mins

and I wonder why I'm feeling tired and crappy- the diet says it all. I will make an effort- you wait and see!!!

dinner- small soup, nuts, ryvita biscuits
snack- maccas sundae

exercise- hour class- weights and cardio

I've missed a day!

Missed a day there and do you think I can construct what happened??? - Nooooooo! And it probably wasn't worth trying!
Today we started with a trip to the boat house in a Melbourne suburb and had a boat ride. We have my husband's sister and her partner with us this week. The diet today was as follows!
Breakfast- 1/2 scone, jam and cream. I piece toast no butter but jam. Coffee
lunch- lemon meringue tart and water
snack- more lemon meringue pie and coffee
dinner- salmon , salad and mashed spuds and biscuit for after

exercise- hour walk this morning and hour bike ride this arvo

still not good!
